Dr. Michael Dennis is a survey research practitioner with almost 15 years experience completely devoted to designing, implementing and administering surveys and survey questionnaires. He has published in several peer reviewed journals and has provided survey research assistance to several government agencies and programs. Dr. Dennis testified regarding the national probability survey conducted by his company, Knowledge Networks of Marlboro Lights smokers. The survey provided an accurate measure of the aggregate average damage caused by Philip Morris’ violation of the Illinois Consumer Fraud act through its “Lights” and “Lowered Tar and Nicotine” misrepresentations.
